The office handles litigation and advisory work in family law, enforcement and insolvency law, concordat, criminal law and contract law. Serving as a concordat commissioner has given close experience of how concordat and bankruptcy proceedings work on the court and commissioner side.
In recent years the number of websites and mobile apps built with AI tools has grown rapidly. Many of these projects go live with legal texts produced by the same tools. The office provides project owners with pre-launch review and counsel on KVKK (Turkish data protection) compliance, legal texts and software agreements.
