AI, Technology and Data Protection
Websites and mobile apps built quickly with AI tools become subject to data protection, consumer, intellectual property and e-commerce law on the day they go live. Why is a template text not enough?
A privacy notice must accurately reflect which data the project actually collects, for what purpose, and to which service providers it is transferred. A generic text taken from another project or produced by an AI tool may be considered as not fulfilling the obligation if it does not reflect this information.
