A template does not know your project
AI tools can write a privacy policy, cookie banner or terms of use in seconds, in convincing legal language.
The problem: the tool does not know which data your project collects, on which server it is stored, which providers it is sent to, on whose behalf the project is run or which country's users it serves. It often mixes up the laws of different countries.
The result is a text that reassures readers but does not describe the project. In a user complaint, data breach, consumer dispute or investment negotiation it will not protect you and may even be used against you.
