Power of attorney details
You can use the details alongside when issuing a power of attorney at a notary in Türkiye. We recommend agreeing on its scope (litigation, enforcement, general or special powers) beforehand.
Special powers such as divorce, waiver, settlement and receipt of payments must be stated separately in the power of attorney. Powers of attorney issued abroad are usually made at a Turkish consulate or require an apostille and sworn translation.
